429 FirstSide

First Loft. First time. Eve built the first loft project ever to be built in downtown Pittsburgh, 429 FirstSide, completed in December 1997. At the time it was tough to get a bank loan. “Who will live downtown?” they said. She persevered and converted this dilapidated, vacant warehouse into eight, gorgeous residential condominiums and brought contemporary loft living to Pittsburgh and the downtown for the very first time. Each floor is an 1850 square foot space, with private elevator access, polished concrete floors, original brick and sand-blasted ceiling timbers. They sold like hotcakes.
